The Scripps Howard Journalism Awards recognize the best in American journalism from television stations, networks, radio and podcasts, visual media, online media outlets, independent producers, newspapers and print publications.

We use Submittable to accept and review our submissions.  If you have an active account with Submittable, you may proceed to the Scripps Howard Journalism Awards Entry Form below.  If you do not currently have a Submittable account, you will be prompted to register prior to accessing the form. Our team of judges looks forward to reviewing this year’s submissions.  Finalists will be announced in Spring 2025. Winners will receive a trophy, prize money and an additional travel stipend/honorarium to visit a university, selected by the Scripps Howard Fund, to interact with students and make a presentation on the winning submission.
